Sometimes we all need those little helpful reminders throughout the day. This series was created as a way to promote self-care, especially when seasonal depression or anxiety start to build up. When working, making art, or getting sucked into a tv show it can be easy to lose track of time. Put this little reminder on your desk or at your workspace and remember to go to bed and at least make an attempt at recharging your body with a good night’s sleep.
